- It turns on, charges, and the battery holds charge
- Screen, buttons, ports, cameras and speakers work
- It's been reset and is not locked to anyone's account
- Phones: not reported lost or stolen, and unlocked if you need that
Refurbished
Manufacturer- or retailer-certified refurbished devices usually come with a warranty and return window. Compare the warranty with a new one.
